extriCARE™ 2400 Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) System

Te FDA-cleared extriCARE™ 2400 Negative Pressure Wound
Terapy pump is portable and battery-powered. Te device
generates negative pressure (suction) to remove wound exudates,
infectious material, and tissue debris from the wound bed, which
may promote wound healing.

Te extriCARE™ 2400 Pump is used with Devon Medical
Products’ proprietary extriCARE™ bandages. Tese bandages
have a wound pad enclosed in mesh under a sticky flm that can
be applied directly onto the wound bed. Tere is a drainage tube
that connects to a canister adjacent to the pump that collects
exudates and bodily fuid. Te bandages come in oval shapes as
well as other designs.
